About us

The health of any society is measured by how it treats its two most vulnerable groups: children and the elderly .
As those who stand between these two generations, we have a duty to bring balance — ensuring a bright future for the young, and dignity in life for the older generation — at least in the places where we operate.

Our mission is rooted in action:
Through the Baobab Dignity Foundation, we support humanitarian, social, medical, educational, and development-focused initiatives across Africa and other regions in need.

🔱 OUR ANCHORS

Aspects of internal culture, respect for - age, man for woman, neighbor for neighbor, freedom, knowledge, experience, professionalism, own history and roots, other religions, our planet, and animals are very important to us.

"If you love your home, it doesn't mean you should burn your neighbor's house, if you love your people, it doesn't mean that other nations are waste, if you love yourself, it doesn't mean, that you may spit on others."

— Georgian sage

🤝 OUR VISION FOR CHARITY:

We believe traditional charity models are broken. That’s why our foundation operates through a decentralized, community-driven model based on grant/charity DAOs , distributing resources with transparency and impact — without expecting financial returns.

We focus on three key principles:

  • Direct Giving: From donor to recipient — no unnecessary intermediaries.
  • Networked Support: Donors and recipients connect organically, without bloated, parasitic structures like today’s (super) funds.
  • Anonymous Philanthropy: True giving should be free from recognition. The benefactor gives out of compassion, not for applause — and must find reward in the gratitude of those helped, not in public praise or organizational validation.
Together, we’re building a new kind of humanitarian movement — one that empowers people, restores dignity, and strengthens communities from the ground up.

Welcome to the Baobab Dignity Foundation.

🌳 MISSION

Eradicating Financial Nihilism

💡 The Roots of the Problem:

The growing sense of hopelessness among young people — what we call financial nihilism — stems from one core issue:

"A colossal and widening gap in access to ownership — property, capital, and financial tools — between today’s youth and previous generations."

Young people see no way forward. They understand that with current wages and soaring costs of housing, cars, and investments, they’ll never afford what their parents or grandparents could — not in this lifetime. So they stop trying.

They lose interest in the present because the future feels impossible.

And here's the mistake many make:
They believe this problem is geographical — that moving abroad will solve it. But the truth is, the gap exists everywhere. High salaries in the U.S.? Yes — but so do sky-high rents. The solution must be local , practical , and rooted in homegrown opportunity .

🧭 The Life Values We Promote

We are stepping in to change the narrative.

Our task is to lay the foundation for a new mindset — starting with the Epoch of Resumption .

This means choosing necessity over excess , meaning over materialism , and purpose over performance .

Think of the early 20th century — when people were satisfied with two suits, two pairs of shoes (everyday and formal), and one house. Life was simpler, more focused, and deeply human.

Today, many young people chase status symbols — posting food they didn’t enjoy, visiting resorts just for a selfie, investing in virtual schemes not for returns but for social validation.

We aim to shift this culture.

A car is transportation — not a flex.
A house is shelter — not a showcase.
Life is not about impressing others — it’s about living well.

🌱 Opportunity

By lowering the threshold of needs, young people raise the bar of opportunities, narrowing the gap that separates them and increasing their motivation to achieve goals that are realistic in terms of time and finances.

And yes, you can discover how young people will achieve their goals on our partner's website — Baobab.Zone Co

🔗 The Connection: How Financial Nihilism Feeds into Drug Addiction

There is a clear psychological and sociological link between drug addiction among young people and financial nihilism . When youth feel economically powerless, they are more likely to experience mental health challenges and turn to destructive coping mechanisms like drug use. Conversely, once addiction sets in, it further entrenches financial despair — creating a vicious cycle .

Understanding this connection is essential for designing holistic interventions that address both economic opportunity and mental well-being among youth.

“Purpose at the Beginning — not Pension at the End”

WHAT WE BELIEVE

YOUTH PENSION INITIATIVE

Too many young Africans start life with debt and pressure instead of purpose. We believe every young person deserves a “youth pension” — a starting capital for education, skill development, and personal mission, not just survival.

Our goal is to create a new economic model where engagement in digital tools (Baocent → Baobean) becomes a way to accumulate a personal development fund. Instead of waiting for old age to receive support, young people can build their future from the beginning of their journey, not at the end.

This is not charity — it is engineered dignity. When youth receive tools, not aid, they can build careers, education paths, and lives aligned with their true purpose.

We don’t want to give pensions after life is lived. We want to give purpose at the moment life truly begins.

🎯 Strategic Goal – Beyond Financial Independence

Once our partners achieve financial independence through digital innovation, a new question arises:

How will they choose to use their newfound resources?

Here, the mission of the Baobab Dignity Foundation continues.

We want to guide them toward horizontal, unrelated diversification — investing not only in high-tech ventures, but also in essential sectors like agriculture, manufacturing, and local services .

Imagine earning wealth through blockchain and AI — then choosing to invest part of it in farming or small business, even if it seems outdated or unglamorous.

Because no matter how advanced we become, someone still has to grow our food and build our homes .

Our goal is to foster empathy, responsibility, and long-term thinking — making our partners leaders not just in finance, but in society.

All our fundraising efforts and startup support initiatives follow this principle:

Technology empowers individuals — but purpose builds communities.

🛠️ Tools for Change

We know we cannot rely on government support — officials rarely fund ideas that don’t serve their interests.
So we focus on what we can do, together with like-minded people like you .

Media & Network Influence

We use all available platforms — social media, video, audio, text — to spread our message.
Where possible, we partner with state and private TV and radio stations , especially in African countries where these remain the most trusted and widely used sources of information.

Opinion Leaders

The best way into hearts and minds?
Creating our own voices.

We are developing Baobab-branded influencers and storytellers who will carry our values across Africa — inspiring a generation to think differently, live meaningfully, and give back intentionally.

It’s a big investment.
But it’s the only way to build lasting impact.

🌍 Our Steps Into Africa

We chose to begin our journey on the continent in one of its most challenging — yet richest and most promising — nations: the Democratic Republic of the Congo .

Rich in natural resources, culture, and human potential, DRC is where we’re planting the first seeds of the Baobab ecosystem.

We’ve partnered with the non-governmental organization Vive la Vie ("Long Live Life") , which serves as our official representative on the ground — helping us build trust, understanding, and impact from day one.

🔑 Expanding Across Southern Africa
At the same time, we're laying the foundation for expansion into neighboring countries:

South Africa – economic hub and tech innovator
Namibia – stable, connected, and growing
Botswana – governance, transparency, and opportunity

🌳 Baobab to the Rescue!

To bring our mission to life — and to help combat financial nihilism — we’ve launched a powerful series of thematic, socially conscious cartoons .

Our first project, “Baobab to the Rescue” , is designed to connect with audiences on an emotional level while addressing real societal challenges.

These sharp, impactful episodes are already live in:

The DRC and Namibia – broadcast on major TV channels as well as YouTube, South Africa.

The series tackles pressing social issues such as:

  • Drunk driving
  • Environmental pollution
  • Theft
  • Abuse of women and children
  • And more
Through storytelling that’s both entertaining and thought-provoking, we’re building awareness, empathy, and engagement — one episode at a time.

Because change doesn't just happen through technology.
It starts with conversation.
